Movie Marathon | Love of Siam (Director's Cut)

Yesterday, I was home alone all day, that's why I decided to entertain myself. I watched episodes 4 and 5 of New Girl, although I've already watched the 4th. I just love the Naked--4th episode! Don't get me wrong okay. It's my favorite because Zooey Deschanel/Jess Day was freaking hilarious and adorkable! Haha. Best episode so far. After watching it, I watched an episode from Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, then watched Mario Maurer's first movie ever and probably the most controversial one--The Love of Siam.

I've downloaded the Director's Cut version of the movie The Love of Siam like a week ago. But it's just yesterday that I have the time to watch it. After all, I've got a whole day for myself to rest, and relax at home. Solo ko pa ang bahay namin. :p

If you're wondering why The Love of Siam's probably the most controversial one, it's because of "bromance". I won't elaborate it anymore, you just have to watch it for yourself, for you to find out. :))

"Finally done watching Love of Siam (starring Mario Maurer). It took me 2 hours and 50 minutes just to finish the Director’s Cut version!A good movie, but I’ll never watch it again. Di ko kinaya yung more or less than 10 seconds na kissing scene ni Mario Maurer with a guy. >_< Buti na lang, gwapo siya or else, di ko pinanood to. Bromance kung bromance….. o_o"

This was my post yesterday after watching the movie. Need I say more? I just watched it because I got too intrigued by it, and of course because of Mario Maurer. Well, watch it and just see for yourself! :p Anyway, here are some screencaps from the movie The Love of Siam, starring Mario Maurer.

“People who are angry about each other for silly things,
usually are the ones who care about each other the most.”
June/Tang, Love of Siam

“If we can love someone so much, how will we be able to handle it one day when we are separated? And, if being separated is a part of life, and you know about separation well… Is it possible Tong, that we can love someone and never be afraid of losing them? At the same time, I was also wondering. Is it possible that we can live our entire life without loving anyone at all?”
Mew, Love of Siam

“Even if we made mistakes along the way, it’s better than
never having tried to love and be loved. Wouldn’t you agree?”
—June/TangLove of Siam

“Life always give us opportunities to start over,
after we learn from our mistakes.”
—June/TangLove of Siam

"As long as you love, you still have hope.”
—MewLove of Siam

…that there is no such thing as “Too much love”.
Mew, The Love of Siam

Mario was still young back then, and according to him, he didn't want to do the movie at first, after reading the script. But since he and his family needs it, he accepted it.

The start of the "bromance"

This girl looks a lot like Alodia Gosiengfiao!

Mario still looks cute even he's sleeping. :">
