So, of course, I got the shade that is the same as Lee Sung-kyung's: its Laneige's Two Tone Lip Bar - Milk Blurring (No. 4)! The gradient/ombre/two-tone lips are very in nowadays, and this product's goal is to achieve that look easier, and through just one lip product.
The shade Milk Blurring (No. 4) is universally flattering vs other shades—whether you're a mestiza, morena or in-between.

Laneige Two Tone Lip Bar in Milk Blurring review
PACKAGING: I like how chic, minimalist, clean, and straightforward it is. Simplicity is always the best for me.
TEXTURE: According to Laneige's website, it's a “Combination of High Glossy and Semi-Matte Lipstick”. But for me, it's creamy with a touch of gloss. I prefer a matte finish with lipsticks because it stays longer on me. This one's just a little too much for me.
APPLICATION: It's a bit hard to apply because it's not your usual lipstick since it has two shades in it. Upon research, the best way to apply it on your lips is to position the darkest shade onto the middle part of your lips to achieve the gradient/ombre lip.
So did it work on me? See for yourself and refer to the following photos.
Here's me without any product on my lips:
Me with Laneige Two Tone Lip Bar in Milk Blurring (No. 4) applied:
VERDICT: I didn't see any gradient/ombre on my lips. Instead, it turned out to be coral. It's a nice color on my lips though, don't get me wrong. But I didn't get what I expected. I followed the instructions yet this is what I got. Perhaps it has to do with the color of your lips? IDK, how about you? What do you think?
