Oh My Bag PH: Because A Beautiful Bag Makes A Beautiful Day

Oh My Bag PH - Because A Beautiful Bag Makes A Beautiful Day!

To be honest, I'm not so much into expensive bags. I prefer simple designs which cost more or less than Php 500 and are usually sold in bazaars. Why? Because apart from it's made here in the Philippines, these are affordable yet durable ones. I've had 3 of them and until now they are still in good condition! Whether it's under the blazing sun or the heavy rain, my things inside those bags are perfectly fine. I forgot what material it is, but it's definitely not faux or synthetic leather (you'll know what I'm referring to when you read more of this entry). These are rubber-like materials which makes it easier to clean and maintain and also, affordable!

So why exactly am I saying those things? It's because I recently found out about Oh My Bag PH which provides Bag Care products and accessories to add oomph and care for your bags, no matter how much it costs.

5 Ways To Wear Tees In The Office Without Looking Too Casual

Nowadays, more and more companies are becoming lenient and flexible with their policies inside the workplace. Some people even have the luxury to work from home, work anytime they want as long as they fulfill certain hours a day or week aka "flexitime"; some though, stretch the policy people tend to forget--dress codes.

My Make-Your-Own-Havaianas (MYOH) 2016 experience

Our Make-Your-Own-Havaianas 2016 pairs

Last week was the boyfriend and I's impromptu "date day/day out". Impromptu because after his night shift Friday work, he just decided to date (apparently, that meant to let me eat my heart out at this new Chinese restaurant that I've been wanting to try for quite some time now--will post that soon. Haha.) me that day. Apparently, it was also that same weekend that Make Your Own Havaianas 2016 was happening at SM Megamall.  It was destiny, isn't it? :)

DIY Choker Necklace when worn
If you're a 90's kid, you know what the 90's fashion looks like. There's denim, loose shirts, white sneakers, brown lips, braids, and of course--chokers! You've probably been seeing a lot of people wearing these tight necklaces like a dog collar, well now you know why. (Blame it on whoever brought back 90's fashion again! LOL.) So if you're digging this style or just simply enjoy DIYs like me, this post is for you! Here's how to make your very own choker necklace. ;)

P.S.,
I'm also wearing this on my DP!

To the New Year and New Beginnings

Happy New Year, everybody and welcome, 2016! While 2015 has been a good year, of course, we'll always look forward to the new year simply because for most of us, it is an indication of a new beginning; another chance; opportunities and possibilities that life has to offer. I don't know, but for me, the new year is always a good motivation for me to look back and evaluate myself like, knowing my strengths to maintain and improve and of course, my weaknesses so that I will know what to change and also improve to make myself better.

"Good shoes take you to good places."

You know the saying, "Good shoes take you to good places". I don't fully believe in that because most of the time, "good shoes" have "good prices" too, and by "good prices", I mean expensive. I'm more of a practical shopper--I may be impulsive at times, but I never buy something that's beyond my budget if I know that I can find the same item but with a cheaper price--that's my mentality. I love shopping branded items, yes--but I only shop when it's on sale for at least 40%. I also love shopping in tiangges because that's the best place to find good and unique items at a lower price and you can even haggle!

OOTD | The New Black

Black and White outfit and Suede Boots both from H&M - OOTD
Top and boots from H&M Philippines

I have always been into the color black, ever since maybe high school (90's kids who grew up with punk/rock/emo music can relate. Lol). However, it was just lately when I finally admitted to myself that yes, black is definitely my favorite color. The reason why I have always suppressed my love for black is that it has always been related to evil--being the darkest color. People tend to have a connotation that black is associated with anything that's bad, dirty, emo, and pretty much anything negative! Well, I beg to differ. Now, I'm proud to say that yes, black (and white, actually) is my favorite color. In fact, it was just a few days ago, that I was able to finally say it out loud when a colleague asked me why I have a lot of black-colored things. LOL.
